K-LEAD is an inspirational and transformative development initiative for Kuwait oil sector leaders.

This programme will unleash your creative spirit and provide you with the capabilities and the energy necessary to build and sustain a vibrant and successful organization and to serve the requirements not just the of the oil sector, but the state of Kuwait.

K-LEAD will be delivered by a wide range of leading international institutions and subject matter experts in their field and will provide you with a unique opportunity to shape your future as well as that of the organization.

Within two years, Executive Level participants will complete a learning journey, which looks both in and outside of the oil industry and comprises of six taught modules combined with intra-modular 1:1 coaching sessions and a group project. Delivered in Kuwait and London, this level also includes an international "discovery week" which will focus on leading change and organizational innovation.

In the Executive Level participant learning journey, the critical leadership theme og "Storytelling: History in the making" will be continually returned to, and expanded upon as K-LEAD unfolds.
